Harry "Tuff" Morriset is the current Valhalla welterweight champion, coming in at 5'8 and about 170 pounds he currently holds a 1-0-0 record in the octagon. After graduating high school, Morriset did 2 years in the army and then he picked up a few collage classes when he got out. While doing homework one night Morriset knew the school life was not for him, so he started looking for MMA gyms in his area. he found the Valhalla dojo in Port Charlotte Florida, and after a month or two there he dropped out of school and went full time fighting. With his father already being a kickboxing world champion its safe to say fighting is in Morrisets blood, and ever since he picked it up 3 and a half years ago hes never looked back and is currently training in jujitsu, pankration, and kickboxing. Morriset's first fight was just an exhibition and his opponent pulled out last second, so he had to fight another amatuer fighter. He then went on to fight and win his first MMA fight and won by K.O. against Carlos Sosa in round 3 on June 19th 2021. When hes not training, hes either talking to his brothers about training or spending time with family. His favorite fighter in MMA is Jorge Masvidal and he also enjoys watching football, and his favorite place to grab a bite to eat is Subway, and he also loves to listen to the deftones. Currently Morriset is helping around his community with the cleanup after hurricane Ian, and plans to get back into the dojo after a week or two and he is hoping to get at least one more fight in before the end of the year. With all the drive and passion Morriset shows about his art he is bound to go places in this industry, and we look forward to seeing his next fight!
